A character-based basketball program that teaches fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork while also building confidence, self-control, leadership, and sportsmanship. Young people grow both as players and as teammates through instruction, skill-building activities, and game play.
A character-based soccer program that teaches the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and defense while helping young people build teamwork, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through drills, skill-building activities, and game play, participants develop both their soccer skills and their character.
A character-based flag football program that helps young people learn the fundamentals of football while building teamwork, confidence, leadership, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through drills, games, and skill-building activities, participants grow both athletically and personally in a fun, supportive environment.
A high-energy hip hop dance program that helps young people develop rhythm, coordination, creativity, confidence, and body control while learning choreography and movement skills in a positive environment. The program combines performance, expression, teamwork, and character development to help participants grow on and off the dance floor.
A character-based step program that teaches rhythm, coordination, creativity, precision, teamwork, and performance skills while helping young people build confidence, discipline, leadership, and self-expression. Participants grow through movement, practice, collaboration, and positive coaching in a high-energy team environment.
A fun, character-based kickball program that helps young people build teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, communication, and leadership while learning the rules and skills of the game. Participants stay active, compete in a positive environment, and grow through teamwork, encouragement, and healthy challenge.
An interactive theatre and improvisation program that helps young people build confidence, creativity, communication, teamwork, and self-expression through games, performance activities, and group challenges. Participants learn to think on their feet, work with others, and express themselves in positive and constructive ways.
A character-based chess program that helps young people strengthen focus, patience, strategic thinking, decision-making, and sportsmanship while learning the game of chess. Participants develop both academic and social-emotional skills as they practice problem-solving, self-control, perseverance, and respectful competition.
Principals, PTA/PTO leaders, and school communities:
TEAM Access Clubs™ provide structured before and after-school experiences that intentionally develop character, leadership, confidence, communication, resilience, and positive relationships.
Programs may be organizaed into two student groups-Grades 1-3 and Grades 4-6- with each club typically meeting once per week for one hour.
Schools may choose the funding option that best fits their community: parent-pay enrichment or sponsor-funded access at no cost to participating families.
Families enroll their students in a structured 6 -or 8 - week enrichment experience.
$15 per student, per one-hour class
6 weeks - $90
8 weeks - $120
A business or community partner funds the TEAM Access Club™, allowing participaing families to access the program at no cost.
Sponsorship helps expand intentional character development opportunities to more young people.
TEAM also offers student-facing keynotes, assemblies, youth leadership presentations, and athlete development sessions designed to challenge, encourage, and equip young people with practical tools for character, leadership, emotional growth, relationships, and life skills.
