TEAM Foundations™ is our recommended starting point because it introduces the shared philosophy, principles, and language connecting the TEAM Youth Development System™.
However, organizations do not have to begin with TEAM Foundations™. They may select a specialized TEAM professional-development training that addresses their immediate needs.

TEAM Daily 3™ is a brief, intentional routine connecting three essential areas of development:
Self-Esteem Minute (SEM)
Social-Emotional Learning Minute (SELM)
Character Education Minute (CEM)
Together, these practices help adults reinforce positive beliefs, essential life skills, and character through daily interactions.
TEAM also offers separately licensed full-year resources for schools and organizations seeking coordinated implementation throughout the year.
TEAM Daily 3™ Schoolwide Implementation System is available for $3,500 for the first year per named school or approved site.
The system includes 180 instructional days of Self-Esteem Minutes (SEMs), Social-Emotional Learning Minutes (SELMs), and Character Education Minutes (CEMs), along with daily schoolwide announcements, educator resources, leadership guidance, staff orientation, and ongoing implementation support.
Optional annual renewal is $1,500 per site and provides refreshed content, updates, and continued implementation support.
Schools may retain previously delivered materials for continued internal use under their license terms. Renewal is not automatic.
Multi-school and districtwide licensing arrangements are available through a customized proposal.
Yes. TEAM YDS offers customized multi-school and districtwide licensing for the TEAM Daily 3™ Schoolwide Implementation System.
The standard first-year schoolwide license is $3,500 per named school or approved site, with an optional annual renewal of $1,500 per site.
Organizations interested in licensing multiple schools may request a customized proposal based on the number of participating sites, implementation needs, and additional support requested.
Each participating school receives a license under the agreed terms. Coordinated training and additional implementation services are scoped separately unless included in the proposal.

TEAM Culture Launch Package™: $8,000 for one site
These are distinct service options, not mandatory steps in a sequence.

TEAM Culture Implementation Support™ helps organizations translate professional learning into practical implementation.
Support may include leadership consultation, implementation planning, guidance for strengthening intentional adult practices, follow-through activities, progress reviews, and written recommendations.
Three support levels are available:
Essential Support: Starting at $3,000
Enhanced Support: $4,500
Comprehensive Support: $6,500
The specific activities, duration, and deliverables depend on the selected level and are confirmed in the service proposal.
Eligible organizations purchasing a three-hour TEAM training for $3,000 may also qualify for a defined implementation-support package totaling $4,500. Organizations that have already purchased the qualifying training may upgrade within 30 days by paying the additional $1,500.

The $6,000 TEAM 90-Day Youth Development Partnership™ is designed for one school or youth-serving organization seeking structured implementation support over 90 days.
The partnership focuses on helping organizational leaders establish priorities, strengthen intentional adult practices, monitor implementation, and build consistency.
Services may include a leadership kickoff, implementation planning, six coaching sessions, progress reviews around Days 30 and 60, a Day 90 review, and a final implementation summary.
The final schedule and deliverables are established in the partnership proposal.
Additional professional-development trainings, student keynotes, TEAM Daily 3™ licenses, and services for additional sites are separate unless expressly included in the agreement.
The $8,000 TEAM Culture Launch Package™ helps one school or youth-serving organization begin a coordinated culture-development initiative.
The package includes a three-hour TEAM Foundations™ training, a leadership kickoff, a TEAM Culture Snapshot™, guidance for establishing a TEAM Culture Team™, development of a working TEAM Culture Charter™, coordinated implementation planning, a training-specific 30-Day Follow-Through Guide™, a Day 30 implementation review, and a written implementation summary with recommended next steps.
This experience connects professional learning with leadership engagement and practical steps toward a stronger organizational culture.
